The maxim that says,’ hard work pays’, came to the fore recently when the College of Professional Education (COSPED), celebrated some distinguished members of the College.

The event which took place recently at the 2012 TETFUND Hall was to celebrate four outstanding Scholars in the College.

The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Wole Banjo, while speaking at the occasion, commended the College for celebrating one another.

He urged both the teaching and non teaching staff to continue to contribute their best in ensuring that COSPED, which is described as the ‘Mother’ of all Colleges remains outstanding.

“For those of you toiling day and night to ensure that TASUED remains the truly preferred University of the 21st Century, I want to assure you that your efforts are not overlooked nor are they not recognised. You would be duly rewarded at the appropriate time”, he assured.

He described the College as unique for producing the first female Professor in TASUED, the first Provost, College of Postgraduate Studies and the highest number of Professors in the Institution.
