I welcome you to the Nation’s Premier and Preferred University of Education: Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun-State, South – West Nigeria. Our unique selling proposition, which distinguishes our University from others, is formula 1-2-8 (1st in Nigeria, 2nd Africa and 8th in the World) and the first and only university in the country established on solid principles and platform which characterized the life of Dr. Tai Solarin, the man after which the University is named.
The administration of the day-to-day activities of the University is run by the Management Team, which is headed by the Vice Chancellor and assisted by the Deputy Vice Chancellor. Other members of the management team include the Registrar, Bursar and the Librarian.
Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED, pronounced TARSUD), established on 29th January 2005 by the administration of His Excellency, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, is a unique tertiary institution in the country.
