… as ICAN Ijebu Zone Pays Courtesy Visit to VC

The Vice-Chancellor of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Prof. Oluwole Banjo, FWISON, FAMIP, FASN, dFSIN, has commended the University Bursary Staff for their commitment to duty, and high level of integrity.

Prof. Banjo gave this commendation when the newly elected Executive Members of the Ijebu District , Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) paid him a courtesy visit recently in his office.

In the course of the courtesy visit, Prof. Banjo lauded the efforts of ICAN members in TASUED, highlighting their exceptional performance, while congratulating ICAN for fostering such a group of professionals.

He noted that TASUED is fortunate to have Accountants who are dedicated, and who exhibit high level of professionalism in managing the various tasks of the University’s finances. He specifically praised Mr. Kabir Ogunneye, the University Bursar, for his exemplary services.

Dr. Keeny Soyemi Ade, Chairman of the Ijebu Ode District of ICAN, commended the University Management for its support to the Institute.

He revealed that TASUED has ten active Chartered Accountants who are integral to the Institute’s Executive team. Dr. Soyemi emphasized that ICAN values transparency, integrity, and accuracy, which forms the basis of the Institute.

Dr. Soyemi also extended an invitation to the University Management to attend the investiture ceremony of ICAN’s new District President
