…….as Gbogiaran bows out
The Management of the Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, has announced the appointment of Mr Kabiru Kayode Ogunneye, a Deputy Bursar in the Bursary Department of the University as the Managing Director, TASUED Microfinance Bank.
Mr Ogunneye, a 2000 Accounting Graduate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, (ICAN), before this appointment, was the Deputy Bursar, Student Accounts, Bursary Department.
He was seconded to the Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic, Ijebu Igbo between October 2006 and April 2008 as an Accountant II, Treasury and Financial Accounts.
He held various positions at the University Bursary Department. He was a former Treasurer, of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, (SSANU), TASUED Branch.
In a related development, the former Managing Director, Mr Stephen Dele Gbogiaran, has completed his tenure and thus proceeded on leave.
In the same vein, Mrs Adewunmi, Head of Operations has been recalled to the University Bursary Department while Mrs Otegbayo is now with the University Audit Unit.
Their redeployment is with immediate effect.
The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oluwole Banjo Congratulated the new Manager on his appointment while wishing him a successful tenure in office.
The appointment takes effect on Monday, 6th June 2022.
