Odumade Ashogbon Akorede Serifat is a Professor of Educational Management, planning and policy in the college of of specialized Education at Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun State. She holds a PhD from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2014), She was the Sub-dean students’ Affairs division (2016-2021) and Head of Department (2021_to date) Her current research is on Human Capital and Employment, She is currently supervising five PhD students and has supervised more than 20Masters’ degree students and more than 200 undergraduates students, she has taught for 19 years at the University, She was appointed a full professor in 2020, She is a visiting professor at Lagos State University of Education, Otto, Ijanikin, Educational Management Department.
