Preamble
Tai Solarin University of Education ljagun in compliance with Ogun State Public
Procurement (Amendment) Law, 2020 hereby invites interested, competent and
reputable contractors and suppliers with relevant experience and good track record to
submit proposals.
Eligibility Requirements
Prospective vendors are required to submit the following documents:
(a)
Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs
Commission.
(b)
Evidence of Company’s tax clearance (3 years)
Submission Duration
All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering letter written on the
company letterhead bearing among other information, the registration number (RC) as
issued by the (CAC), Contact address, Telephone number and email address.
The letterhead must bear names of the Directors and CEO of the company at the bottom
and the letter duly signed by the authorized officers of the firm.
All documents should be submitted at the University Procurement Unit on or before
15th December. 2022
