  • CEPEP MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
  • The Committee is responsible for the day-to-day running of the programmes of the Centre, and is responsible to the Management Board for directives and guidelines. Its membership is as follows:

  • The Centre’s Academic Board was constituted by the University senate to perform duties similar to that of Senate to the Centre on all academic matters. Memberships are as follows:

  • ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS OF THE CENTRE
  • There are five administrative units in the Centre for the effective day to day administration of the Centre under the control of the Director.
    1. Director’s Units:The Centre Director is the Chief Academic and Executive Officer of the Centre. He is responsible to the University Senate and Vice Chancellor through the Management Board for the day to day running of the Centre in accordance with the stated objectives and regulations of the Centre.
      He co-ordinates all activities of the other units and all the Offices in the Centre are responsible to him for effective management of the Centre.
      The Director is the over-all Head of the Units to whom the Deputy Director, Secretary and Accountant are responsible.
    2. General Administrative Unit: This unit provides administrative supports for all the operation and activities of the Centre.
    3. Admissions, Registration and Statistics Unit: It takes charge of Admission, registration and statistics of students.
    4. Examinations and Records Units: It provides service relating to Examinations and Records.
    5. Accounting Units: It provides service relating to finance, purchase and monitoring the payment of school fees by the students.
