Mr. Hassan Babatunde Oduwole
The University Management has announced the appointment of Mr. Hassan Babatunde Oduwole as the Acting Registrar of the University.
Mr. Oduwole joined the services of the then Ogun State College of Education in July 1990 as an Assistant Registrar II before the College transformed into a University.
Mr. Oduwole has served in various Units and Departments in the University which includes the Academic Affairs Division and the Centre for Part-Time and External Programmes (CEPEP).
Until his appointment as the Acting Registrar, Mr. Oduwole was the Deputy Registrar, Vice Chancellor's Office.
Mr. Babatunde Oduwole attended Luba Comprehensive High School, Ijebu Ode between 1972 and 1977. He also attended Anwar- UL-Islam College, Agege, Lagos for his Higher School Certificate between 1977 and 1979.
The new Acting Registrar later proceeded to the University of Ibadan where he obtained a degree in Political Science. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin.
Mr. Oduwole belongs to several professional bodies which includes Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA) among others.
His appointment takes effect from 11th October, 2018 pending the appointment of a substantive Registrar.
